Job-Human Resource Business Analyst
Location-Greensboro, NC
Pay Rate-$30-35/hr DOE
Duration-Contract to Hire
The HR Business Analyst assists the HR department with identifying and solving HR related issues. The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and managing the implementation of new HR systems and programs. Someone that is very analytical and also has experience with metrics and KPIs. The HR Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, creating reports, and managing the implementation of new HR systems and programs. Very analytical and tech savvy is a must
Essential Job Duties:
1. Collect and evaluate HR data and metrics to make recommendations to leadership.
2. Work in partnership with internal departments to deliver data driven solutions.
3. Lead and participate in HR and Payroll related projects and initiatives for the Company.
4. Perform internal audits of Payroll, HR and benefits to ensure compliance wit
requirements.
5. Develop and support Ceridian enhancement projects and reporting requests.
6. Facilitate educational efforts for all Payroll, HR and Benefit system changes.
Secondary Duties:
1. May assist local HR departments as needed.
2. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Accountabilities:
Accountable to the Director of Corp Comp and Benefits
Job Qualifications:
Minimum:
1. Bachelor”s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or Analytical Sciences; equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be substituted.
2. Three (3) years HR experience
3. Strong analytical skills.
4. Excellent computer skills to include Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to constructively interact with employees, managers, and executive leadership.
Preferred:
1. Experience in Corporate home office environment
2. PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
3. Experience with Ceridian and other HRIS systems
