Overview:
In this role you will be a member of the D365 ERP Implementation team supporting and enhancing our D365 deployment. This role will grow as we further develop and expand our D365 solution and integrated applications. You will be responsible for providing a world class level of technical and process knowledge to support issues as they arise, drive solution development, and deployment of enhancements enabling our users to gain value from our D365 solution.
Your Impact:
- Support solution design by documenting and facilitating process frameworks, functional and non-functional requirements, process mappings and technical feasibility assessments.
- Work cross functionality and with IT developing strategies to identify, communicate and manage change across areas directly and indirectly impacted.
- Contribute to the development and governance of the program methodology.
- Take the lead on ad hoc requests or side projects that arise from blockers that could present risk to project timelines and deliverables.
- Produce, maintain, and enhance documentation related to policies, procedures, and controls including work instructions for new processes.
- Work with IT leads and partners to ensure communication, alignment, and collaboration as we transition work from design to build and test.
- Take ownership of a data validation strategy to document and implement how we will reconcile and validate the financials post conversion and potentially in the future.
- Provide review and assurance on solution build activities to determine customization vs out of the box.
Your Qualifications:
- CPA preferred.
- Must have 3+ yrs. experience as a Finance Lead implementing ERP system in media / advertising industry.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAAS ERP is preferred.
- Proven experience at understanding/delivering change within a cross-functional and cross divisional complex organization.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, including model building, pivot tables and a working knowledge/ or understanding of business intelligence platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication and effective diagramming skills.
- Able to provide business process guidance and mentor others in areas of Finance and Accounting.
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
