Your role in our mission
- Answer EDI/Helpdesk calls/Password rest emails as required
- Managing escalations from Health Plans, Providers and Client relating to EDI technical services.
- Maintain a record of daily data communication transactions, problems, and remedial action taken of all active investigations.
- Provides technical assistance to users who are experiencing transmission difficulties
- Assists providers, trading partners, and billing agents with electronic 5010 X12 HIPAA batches and real-time transactions. Other duties as assigned for the role.

- Direct Interaction with Client including email, phone conversation etc.
- Able to research/resolve technical EDI transaction.
- Ability to meet deadlines, keep a positive attitude and work independently
- Operational discipline, Conflict resolution, Professionalism, and ability to remain calm under pressure
What you should expect in this role
- 8 am to 5 pm (Mon – Fri)
- Must be available to work from home and in office/on site as per business needs

The pay range for this position is $40,900 – $58,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
