Reporting to, and working with the Director of Middle School Programs, the Program Coordinator will provide ongoing support in the following areas: program support, regional activities/competitions, and program expansion.
- Program Support
- Onboard schools into the VE Hub system, an online system that houses school and VE company information.
- Provide program support to the school partners, teachers, and students
- Manage the administration and collection of Pre/Post surveys
- Assist schools with program registration
- Assist in the management of the lead tracking sheet
- Regional Activities/Competitions
- Coordinate and support competitions and trade shows
- Boost school participation at regional trade shows and competitions
- Coordinate and support leadership conferences and student workshops for in-school and out-of-school activities
- Program Expansion
- Manage data collection from conferences for program growth
- Organize and work with director to follow up with conference contacts
Requirements
- Work experience as an educator or in an education environment is preferred.
- Well-organized, detailed oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet frequent and changing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and efficiently on concurrent projects
- Excellent communication, computer, and research skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office & Google applications
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
