Senior Associate, Audience Intelligence & Insights

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Senior Associates, Audience Intelligence & Insights are problem solvers who play a critical role working alongside the strategic planning teams and their advertising clients to improving marketing efficiency through measurement and research. Senior Associates should be inherently curious about digital media and advertising technologies.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Design, execute digital measurement strategies tailored to media accounts across digital advertising channels such as Display, Search, Email, Social and Mobile
  • Consult on the optimal mix of technologies for conducting marketing research to harvest actionable business insights that improve the validity and effectiveness of campaigns
  • Manipulate and analyze “big” data sets synthesized from a variety of sources
  • Present findings in a concise, logical and visual manner to the strategy teams and directly to the clients
  • Assist senior directors (Media, Analytics, etc.) with various analytic projects for media and search departments as well as clients
  • Retrieve raw research data and synthesize it into usable forms for media team usage
  • Assist media team in running numerous insights reports, i.e. Response analyses, cost analysis
  • Help maintain a performance platform and provide on-going recommendations around media optimization (reallocation of media dollars across different media partners, tactics, etc.)
  • Assist in original research and the writing of reports

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years’ relevant experience with a strong analytical orientation
  • Advanced Excel skills (sorting data, pivot tables, advanced functions)
  • Desirable skills include web design/application coding experience, data analysis platforms (SQL, SAS, R), and experience with online research sources
  • Digital Media experience/background is a plus
  • Experience with DoubleClick DART, Atlas and Omniture is a plus
  • Knowledge of media tools including MRI, Netratings, Comscore, Nielsen Monitor+ and Microsoft Access is a plus
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (including presentation skills)

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
