We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Inspector based out of our client’s project site in Brentwood, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll monitor quality and ensure compliance to regulatory and industry-specific standards while using your unique background and diverse perspective to help shape the success of project quality plans. You’ll work with experienced team members to perform inspections, complete contract documents, standards and specifications, and develop records and reports of inspections and assessments. You’ll help review and resolve technical problems, ensure compliance on inspections and help support field staff to ensure all quality inspections are complete. You’ll help monitor and inspect structures, renovations and new builds on site and report any recommended changes in materials or procedures to senior staff.

- 6+ years of applicable experience with 4+ years as a construction inspector in large scale building and infrastructure construction projects valued above $1 million
- Proficient with web-based submittal collaboration systems
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Employment will require a background check
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Roofing experience
- OSHA 30 Certification
The base salary range for this position is $84,000-$89,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
