We are looking for a Project Manager for SCADA Energy Management Systems. This is a remote position based in the Contiguous U.S.

You’ll make an impact as you:

  • Define project scope, dependencies, critical path, goals, and results that support the strategic business goals and requirements in collaboration with account sales executives, senior management, and partners.
  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements for the contracted scope of the project(s) and maintain the relationship during the project execution.
  • Proactively address changes in project scope to ensure adherence to plan and handle risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with project partners on an ongoing basis, working with other departments when needed for the allocation of resources from within company; Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting, adjusting project constraints based on financial analysis.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

  • Successful project management experience with large systems in the utility industry, with responsibility for project planning, quality assurance, budgeting, and resource management
  • Expertise in the energy/utility SCADA/EMS software industry required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or studies relevant to Energy and Power Systems required.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills in English, using Microsoft Project. Excel, and other tools.
  • Ability to travel 20%

Preferred qualifications:

  • Current PMI certification is a plus.
  • Working understanding of Agile Methodology preferred.

  • The salary range for this position is $87,000 – $186,600. An annual incentive target also is part of the compensation package for this position. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
