Job Description
Oversees the analysis, implementation and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPI) for HR Operations. Leads data analysis, research, and evaluation of various business processes and measures.
Job Responsibility
- Monitors HR business metrics in alignment with organizational goals and benchmark to industry standards.
- Guides the analysis and interpretation of data to quantifiably asses HR impact on business objectives and strategies.
- Monitors comparative analysis reports including trending and improvement recommendations for review by senior leadership.
- Collaborates with HR Areas (Total Rewards, Talent, Solutions, EHS, Wellness, Site HR) to maintain scorecards in alignment with system/department goals.
- Maintains reporting for Corporate HR department.
- Oversees analysis and production of reporting for corporate HR budget.
- Tracks actual performance against planned project performance, analyzes variances, and works with stakeholders to remedy gaps.
- Conducts internal process reviews to ensure compliance to policies and practices. Performs related duties as required.
- Uses knowledge and skills to contribute to the development of functional objectives and principles to achieve goals in innovative ways. Problems addressed are of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience and progressive experience where team leadership was demonstrated, required.

The salary range for this position is $85,090-$147,220/year
