The Executive Compensation team provides the following core services: coordination of the materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (developing meeting agendas, analyses and materials); advising on structure of senior executive compensation programs and general plan design; review of compensation-related regulatory requirements / guidance and ongoing compliance / response to regulator requests / feedback; competitor compensation benchmarking (including tracking and reviewing competitor public filings); and reviewing, evaluating and reporting on Board of Directors compensation programs. This function requires liaising with senior stakeholders, other departments such as Controllers, Legal, Tax and Investor Relations, and will also involve providing support to other HCM functions, including the Firmwide Compensation Group, Equity Compensation, Special Investments and Benefits.
JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development of regulatory-related compensation processes
- Assist with various regulatory-related materials for the Board of Directors, the Board Compensation Committee, and Global Remuneration Committees
- Assist with the production of materials for quarterly Risk Management and Compensation Working group meetings
- Conduct compensation-related backtesting analyses
- Conduct various outlier analyses for regulatory reporting
- Assist with required regulatory submissions
- Stay abreast of trending topics in compensation regulation, including policies of the Federal Reserve, SEC, stock exchanges, and other relevant constituencies
- Analyze impact of U.S. comp-related regulations on the firm
- Work with international Exec Comp teams to track global regulatory changes impacting compensation processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and writing skills with ability to succinctly summarize difficult issues and assess impact
- Time management skills – prioritize workload to anticipate and meet deadlines
- Good judgment – knowing when to escalate an issue
- Energetic and team-oriented
- Very strong computer skills required including Word, Excel and Power Point
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field in HR

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $75000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
