Position Location: Hwy 54 in Wisconsin Rapids
Position Hours: 5:45pm – 6:00am
Pay: $24.07/hour plus $1.25/hour shift differential & up to 3% quarterly bonus &
$1,500 sign on bonus

Position Summary:
As the Fryer Operator Assistant you will have the opportunity to work on multiple different lines frying potato product. You will assist the Operator with a variety of job functions, tasks and job duties! You will operate all related production equipment in a safe and efficient manner and contribute to the production of our quality products! You would be working closely with the Operator and provides the opportunity for promotion into a full time Operator role when available! As a fryer operator assistant when you fill in for the operator you will be upgraded in pay to $28.22/hour!
Key Responsibilities:
1) Perform daily sanitation at assigned area
2) Assist Operator with changeover responsibilities and equipment set up
3) Operate Forklift
4) Perform factory and fryer clean-up to include high pressure blasting and sanitation
5) Maintain lab equipment and perform testing
6) Transport totes, product and waste, while maintaining information in the computer
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand and communicate safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve practical problems.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in Basic English and interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to enter data into a computer.
Physical Demand:
Constant: Walking, bending at the waist, squatting, kneeling, and twisting at the neck and waist. Walking up and down a flight of stairs.
