A growing legal services firm in Los Angeles, CA has an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Pre-Lit Case Manager to join their innovative team! As a Pre-lit Case Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing case files, coordinating with legal professionals, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The firm is looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury management who can handle a strong caseload and fast-paced environment. Pay Range: $60,000 – $90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Opening client files
- Guiding patients through treatment process
- Coordinating medical treatment and reaching out to medical facilities
- Assessing property damage
- Ensuring clients are on top of their treatment and showing up to appointments
- Handling 50-60 cases at a time
Requirements:
- 2 years relevant personal injury case management experience
- Experience managing 50+ cases
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience with FileVine is preferred
