As a Group Product Manager on the W+ product leadership team, you will lead the team that scales up the billing and renewal product ecosystem, building strategies for ensuring our members continue to enjoy their membership seamlessly. You will be responsible for accelerating the pace of innovation for our members by fostering a culture of platform thinking, and building modular capabilities that will scale across the omni-channel ecosystem.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Building a high-performing team and fostering a member-first, impact-driven product culture
  • Building payments and recurring billing platforms at scale that ensure our members can continue enjoying their membership seamlessly
  • Defining vision and strategies for your product, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, unlocking key new capabilities to deliver value to our members at Walmart scale.
  • Evangelize a platform-thinking culture to deliver on key cross-functional projects that span across multiple teams within the organization
  • Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder alignment across partner teams including Technology, Business, and Product partners.
  • Managing and executing on a product roadmap by analyzing customer and product data for actionable insights, determining rollout strategy, and managing risks and new opportunities
  • Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to OKRs, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from senior leadership

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $126,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)

– Stock equity incentives

Minimum Qualifications…

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications…

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience
