Senior Project Manager Communications
The Senior Project Manager Communications position offers direct project involvement and collaborative work across the organization via email and in-person in a results-driven, fun and dynamic group/team based corporate culture. The Project Manager oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from conception to completion with specified deliverables.
This position requires strong organizational skills and ability to work on many tasks in parallel. The senior project manager will own the project execution, including but not limited to; the project schedule, budget management, overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and overall Company goals.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- As a Project Manager – Communications, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and budget management
- Your strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with your problem-solving mindset, will be instrumental in delivering exceptional results
- Management of all aspects of assigned projects and tradeshows
- Creation and distribution of tool kits throughout enterprise
- Work with all of Advantage’s business units and trade show team that want to exhibit at different shows to determine the best venue and booth location at a show
- Works with CCO and others on project team to provide support, expertise, follow-up and communication with stakeholders, business partners, and program managers to ensure
- Develop timelines and monitor progress of projects based on approved timelines
- Communicates tough issues to stakeholders while maintaining an independent opinion, providing recommendations, delivering presentations, and providing reports to stakeholders
- Assist with collection and dissemination of technical information from product engineers and marketing managers to facilitate display and exhibit build
- Clearly communicate with all necessary Exhibit & Display team members, clients and vendor contacts before, during and after tradeshows and events to ensure efficient and effective execution of services
- Support enterprise marketing lead with projects as needs arise
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $120,000

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
Education Level: (Required): Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Field of Study/Area of Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in project management in communications
• 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management role is a bonus but not required
• 3+ years of event planning experience in a corporate setting, specifically trade shows including assisting with booth set up, tear down, on-site management of booth and assisting on-site staff
• Project management experience in digital marketing or ad agency experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry a plus
• Experience managing internal town hall meetings s across multiple channels – online and virtual
• Agile methodology a plus and experience with project management software (e.g. Trello) preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
• Must be an exceptional communicator able to communicate estimates, production schedules and production specifics to internal clients and external vendors
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment• Interpersonal Skills

• Flexible & Adaptable, able to change & Alter According to changes in Projects or Business Environment
• Ability to manage intake forms for enterprise for disbursement to appropriate dept
• This person will be a self-motivated individual capable of managing a demanding multi project workload and seeing the projects through final fulfillment
• Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment
• Ability to Work Effectively with Management and multiple organizations under the Advantage banner
• Ability to work independently yet also a team player
• Process Architecture experience preferred
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and web-browsers
• Advanced Experience with Project Management Tools – PPM solutions or MS Project

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
