Title: Sr. Automation Test Engineer
• Minimum 5+ years of hands- on experience in developing and implementing automation strategy, framework and best practices.
• Research and implement technical solutions using tools , platforms and frameworks to improve test efficiency and achieve fiscal year technical goals
• Working knowledge of test automation frameworks and provide solutions to current automation challenging areas across all towers to enhance productivity.
• Drive usage of enhanced automation tools
• Help frame Automation strategies for all projects
• Shared responsibility to manage QA Lab/devices
• Assist in performing QA activities as required
• Hands on experience in automation tools – Selenium and TestNG
• Experience in providing test automation for Client/server, web and mobile applications.
• Good understanding on Page object model, Jenkins, maven integration, POM file and BDD using Java.
Work Authorization

Salary and Other Compensation:
• The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
• This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
