A Day In The Life Of Our Senior Application Engineer
- Serve as a subject matter expert and systems product specialist for our primary systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, Arena, Propel, Minerva, etc.
- Work with the Netsuite/Salesforce teams on the implementation, control, and evaluation function of the delivered solutions/modules and integrations with other SAAS/Onprem systems.
- Work closely with business leadership, internal stakeholders, business analysts, and users within a fast-growing sales environment to ensure core systems are built for scale and delivery of key insights.
- Review requirements against current architecture and configure ERP, CRM, PLM to business requirements
- Recommend a solution approach to align with core business architecture and objectives
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of online financial reporting systems, dashboards, and pricing and modeling tools
- Day-to-day management of NetSuite, Salesforce, Minerva, etc.
- Ensure reporting is created and structured for Senior Leadership Team.
- Prioritize goals and objectives, and mentor more junior system administrators
- Support and control updates and changes
- Assist Sales and Business stakeholders with product-related projects, and processes such as Product Launches, Product Escalation, Enhancement Requests, Beta Programs, Pricing, etc.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, ERP, PLM Application Configuration, and Support / Business Analyst roles with similar responsibilities
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a NetSuite, Salesforce, PLM administrator/architect or similar role
- NetSuite/Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of ERP/CRM/PLM processes and business knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce architecture, configuration of fields, drop downs, record types, entry forms, etc.
- Understanding of NetSuite and Salesforce Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Visual Flows
- Understanding of Lightning Components
- Track record of writing and debugging efficient SQL queries of standard and custom objects
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex data models
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hybrid environments and intermediate SQL skills
- Atlassian Products: JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk
- Fluent user of PowerShell or Bash
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows environment and Office Suite
- Understand and leverage third-party APIs, components, and system integrations.
- Strong written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
$109,600 – $164,400 a year
Consistent with applicable laws, an employee’s pay within this range is based on a number of factors which include but are not limited to relevant education, skills, job-related knowledge, qualifications, work experience, credentials, and/or geographic location. Noah Medical reserves the right to modify this range as needed. Please note that the aforementioned range is only one component of the position’s total compensation package.
