Who You Are

We are looking for a Supply Chain I.T. Business Solutions Partner to manage supply chain application implementation, upgrade, operations, and compliance. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Enterprise Applications.

The Supply Chain I.T. Business Solutions Partner will be responsible, in close collaboration with cross-functional partners, to craft and develop solutions in the areas of Supply Chain using SAP S4 HANA, ensuring proper master data governance and enterprise master data execution for the supply chain; in addition to other Supply Chain systems including Track and Trace system Tracelink.

The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, is well-organized and independent, and possesses a “can-do” attitude. They must understand the importance of excellent customer service via collaboration and partnership with colleagues in the Supply Chain organization.

The individual will be responsible for implementing and managing enterprise applications, continuously improving business processes, building strategic and functional business relationships, and overall compliance of the systems to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for SAP S4 HANA, Tracelink, and other implemented systems Master Data Execution for data collection, validation, and accuracy
    • Coordinate and execute in-depth tests, including end-user reviews and other post-implementation support of Supply Chain systems and processes
    • In collaboration with the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, develop and own the Supply Chain applications roadmap that aligns with business strategy
    • Generates SOPs, work instructions, or business documents to outline workflows for Supply Chain systems
    • Create training plans and train others as needed to support Supply Chain systems
    • Support Supply Chain team members lead and track day-to-day resolution of systems issues partnering with MSP
    • Support planning, design, development, and launch of other business process and operations systems supporting supply chain. This includes gathering and analyzing data supporting business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements
    • Key business partners with the different Business teams in the U.S. and E.U. to meet the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) regulations and requirements. Support with country-specific product track and trace regulations such as EU FMD, US DSCSA, Brazil Anvisa, etc
    • Manage MSP partnerships to ensure operational excellence for the support of SAP ERP, focusing on Supply Chain and Tracelink
    • Collaborate with I.T., Internal Auditors, and External Auditors for ongoing GxP, GITC, and ITAC audits to ensure supply chain information and systems’ security, integrity, and reliability
    • Provide architecture discipline and guidance to lead the technology delivery of the I.T. Portfolio, supporting the Supply Chain portfolio of technology projects
    • Lead the implementation and transformation of application platforms to drive business efficiencies and improvements in partnership with the business stakeholders
    • Develop and manage plans, requirements, architecture standards, and SDLC processes to support the application roadmap and strategy implementation
    • Take ownership and lead overall governance of the GxP and ITGC controls for GxP/SOX Compliance, partnering with internal business partners, auditors, and peers to maintain the compliance program, including SOC1/SOC2, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR for all enterprise applications
    • Lead the roadmap implementation supporting Supply Chain B.I. / Analytics platforms, providing dashboards, reporting, and data analytics to meet the business requirements
    • Ensure that all service level agreements are met and SOP and/or processes are being followed
    • Lead process improvement initiatives and assist with improving team efficiency, quality, and performance
    • Develop key performance indicators and reporting to drive service optimization through SLAs

Education, Experience & Skills Requirements

    • Minimum 7 – 10 years of work experience
    • Broad I.T. management experience, with emphasis on Life Sciences-related systems delivery required
    • Experience with SAP Supply Chain and Tracelink required
    • Experience in master data in SAP preferred
    • Experience with SAP in a GxP-validated environment is a plus
    • Experience with the use of SDLC methodologies in project delivery is required
    • Working knowledge of SAP Supply Chain integration with SAP FICO
    • Expertise in knowledge and management of SOX, GRC, and GxP controls and experience in a SOX and FDA-regulated environment is necessary
    • Understanding of ITIL processes, governance, and I.T. frameworks
    • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines
    • Ability to work directly with business partners and end users to generate consensus around technical directions
    • Ability to analyze complex business problems and evaluate solutions
    • Ability to translate complex technical issues into business terms
    • Contributes to setting the overall I.T. department agenda and operating practices

$174,000 – $206,000 a year

At BridgeBio, we strive to provide a market-competitive total rewards package, including base pay, an annual performance bonus, company equity, and generous health benefits. The anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California is $174,000 to $206,000/year. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, and performance during the interview process.
