A construction company in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Construction Contracts Paralegal to join their team! This important role requires a tech-savvy individual with 3-5+ years of paralegal experience to oversee and manage contracts, while using technology effectively to maximize efficiency. Pay Range: $75,000 – $90,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Stay updated with lien rights across states
- Learn and eventually manage AR functions
- Foster efficient contract administration using technology
- Ensure contract reviews are expedited during busy periods like September/October
- Collaborate closely with other departments, especially the accounting team
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of Paralegal experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas), Word, and Outlook
- Ability to edit PDFs and convert between Word/PDF formats
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in document reviews and contract management
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience in construction industry is preferred
