Lead ReactJS Developer.
Lead Developer Science / Engineering graduate. Drive technical delivery for given module / work package / complete work package oversee and develop components of work package / complete work package as per the client or project requirements for all the assigned work modify complex systems or develop new sub systems and supervise work performed by team of developers / senior developers and members from various solutions areas as required with the objective of delivering high quality productivity.

Location: Dallas, Texas, Phoenix, AZ, El Segundo, CA.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience around Web Tech primarily React Js , HTML, CSS, Java Script and Node JS.
- Knowledge around AWS Cloud is added advantage.
- Highly Organized Strong desire to succeed and share success.
- Results orientated individual with energy and commitment with a high degree of initiative.
- Exceptional communication skills – verbal / written.
- Experience with CI/ CD Pipelines Sonar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving approach combined with experience solving under pressure.
- Critical thinking complex problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with experience developing and instilling a culture of operational maturity.
- Ability to adjust quickly to new technologies.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $87K – $155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
