Amazon Live is looking to hire a customer-obsessed Senior Program Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of video experiences on and off Amazon to support our largest events (Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday). The ideal candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity, perform strong analytical skills, manage complex initiatives/programs, work without authority/influence senior leadership, and streamline process to improve efficiency. They should have superior communication, analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with sharp business acumen. The experience of working autonomously with multiple teams in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is highly preferred. You’ll collaborate with members of our agile team, including marketing, product, engineering, monetization and content production to streamline existing processes and improve efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
* Build mechanisms for tracking dependencies, requirements and progress to launch, including: weekly stand ups, program reports, retrospectives, etc.
* Manage budgets and timelines
* Partner with members of ASV’s Product and Engineering Teams to drive business requirements and alignment for new marketing features and requests to automate and enhance tooling for more efficient execution.
* Think strategically, but stay on top of tactical details
* Work relentlessly to improve existing process to ensure a seamless communication across Marketing, Content Production, Engineering, Product, and Monetization.
* Regularly update program progress and call out hits and misses to the leadership

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 5+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
– Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
