The Role:
• Project lead or lead technical staff in course of application development project.
• Participate with team of technical staff and business managers or practitioners in the business unit to determine systems requirements and functionalities needed in large/complex development project.
• Assess and develop high level design requirements for project and communicate in writing or in meetings with development team.
Responsibilities:
• Work with the development team and product owner to understand the system and requirements and project delivery.
• Create low-level design documents for enterprise class structure, data model and data classes based on the signed off system requirement.
• Develop and design application using PEGA PRPC components like Process Flows, UI (harness, sections), Connectors, Decision Tables and Decision Trees.
• Utilize advanced PEGA features like Agents and Listeners.
• Conducts code reviews and ensure coding standards and practices.
• Defect fixes and debugging using clipboard tool for the application PEGA code in different testing phases, deployment planning.
• Weekly status reporting.
Qualifications:
• 10 + years of experience, Pega Certified Lead System Architect with Customer Services Framework experience.
Work Authorization:
• Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $156,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
