Boeing Intelligence and Analytics is seeking motivated and talented Entry and Associate Level Engineers to support the Defense Systems Division in Huntsville, Alabama, focused on attracting and developing top talent in support of critical missions for National Defense and Strategic Deterrence. We are seeking engineers that are motivated by being part of a mission critical program, learning engineering discipline and rigor, and participating in the digital engineering transformation.
What you will do (day in the life):
Work on a critical customer program utilizing proven Property Management principles to develop and maintain a Property Management Plan. In this position you will plan, coordinate with the customer, and execute in accordance with the customer level Property Management Plan. This activity will include integration and execution among multi-discipline teams, program management tools, infrastructure, and integrated digital platforms.
Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Configuration Management and Product Integration Engineer to join the development team on one of our (many) prime programs.

A Property Management Specialist on this team:
- Assists in utilizing customer and Boeing property management tools.
- Creates, maintains, and updates enterprise reports.
- Keeps standardized reports for Contractor Self Assessments and Property Management System Analysis.
- Automates distribution of daily/monthly/quarterly reports – as needed.
- Works with Leadership to monitor and recommend new metrics based on data review.
- Monitors record anomalies.
- Manages and designs the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supports initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
- Troubleshoots the reporting database environment and reports.
- Evaluates changes and updates to source production systems.
- Trains end-users on new reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
- This position requires clearing a background check and an enhanced Personal Conflict of Interest (PCI) requirements as a condition for employment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience with property management
- High-level written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education:
- Typically 2 or more years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor’s degree, Master’s, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary Pay Range:
$70,000 – $96,000
