The role

SoFi is looking for a thoughtful, collaborative, detail-oriented Learning Experience Program Manager with proven results in training development, platform solutions, and program management to join our Global Talent Management team. This Learning Program Manager will be responsible for our Core + Career learning programs and curriculum and establishing governance across our L&D suite of offerings and tools. In this role, they will work cross-functionally and take a human-centered design approach to develop engaging, yet scalable learning and development programs – owning and driving the adoption and success of these programs. This role will report into the Director of Learning & Development.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage global core + career learning programs: strategy, communication, project management, implementation, transition management, success measurement and program evolution.
  • Champion and project manage global L+D programs and initiatives while collaborating with global partners and cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts in different fields, including but not limited to: People Team (HR), Talent Management, Diversity, Equity, + Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Business Leaders across the Company.
  • Design innovative yet scalable curriculum and instructional materials, such as online lessons, presentation decks, facilitation guides, templates and other companion documents for different audiences.
  • Develop audience-specific content for a variety of formats such as video, in-person and virtual facilitation, print, mobile, and desktop formats.
  • Build and deploy comprehensive learning paths for multiple lines of business leveraging our technology.
  • Establish governance across our suite of offerings and other tools
  • Write, edit, and proof content to ensure consistent tone and language that reflect our content + brand guidelines.
  • Gather and analyze insights from a variety of sources to form insightful content strategy recommendations.
  • Create process documentation outlining best practices for curriculum creation and management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and emerging trends in adult learning theory, methods, tools and software.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in Learning Experience Design, content strategy, and writing experience
  • 5+ years experience in project and program management
  • 1-2 years of LMS admin experience
  • 1-2 years experience developing content for learning-focused programs with instructional technology such as Articulate 360
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana and Google’s Suite of tools.
  • Experience adhering to content and brand guidelines
  • Proven ability to lead global projects with multiple key stakeholders
  • Passion for learning and personal development
  • Highly collaborative and willing to give and accept constructive feedback
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Creative thinker and problem-solver
  • Self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Work effectively and collaboratively on both in-person and remote teams
  • Extremely detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects and tasks on tight timelines
  • Strong team player (no job is too small or too large) – willing to take on additional responsibilities when needed

Compensation and Benefits

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, and location.

Pay range: $129,600.00 – $198,000.00

Payment frequency: Annual
