Job Title: Triage- IT Repair
The role of Triage- IT Repair position at Diamond Assets is to provide high quality evaluation and repair support for production devices.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and sort diagnosed devices for repair
- Ability to prioritize repairs
- Disassemble, diagnose, replace defective parts, and reassemble completed devices
- An understanding of macOS, iOS & iPadOS
- An understanding of macOS, iOS, and iPadOS deployment techniques
- An understanding of NIST and erasure techniques
- An understanding of MDS
- Ensure that all repairs performed meet the company’s quality standards
- Keep track of inventory and customer assets with accuracy
- Ability to preform duties with accuracy
- Support production by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner
- Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work
- Ability to record work performed in an accurate manner
- Maintain a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain cleanliness of triage station
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge of Apple products
- Minimum 2-year technical experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency, both hardware and software
- Work well in team environment and be a collaborative team player
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
