The successful candidate will examine what is already working well, along with identifying areas of opportunity, and build a long-term strategy of content, communications and L&D for IT Services. The role will operate autonomously and partner with key stakeholders across Amazon as well as in IT.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of Program managers and SMEs
* Foster relationships with key business partners and stakeholders
* Define and drive strategy for ITS communications, content and L&D
* Establish key performance metrics and publish via rhythm of the business mechanisms including MBRs, QBRs
* Determine and document appropriate staffing models, in line with capacity planning and finance teams
* Contribute to ITS business planning processes, such as OP1/OP2 and 3YP cycles

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 7+ years of team management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
