Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, facilitate introduction of product features, and devise initiatives to grow users and engagement. Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine potential sales of Microsoft’s products or services. Develop the end-to-end user experience, product roadmap, and monitor the complete product lifecycle, which may include product definition and planning through development, release, modifications, upgrades, maintenance, and product retirement. Prioritize customer and product success criteria. Leverage theoretical and technical knowledge of engineering principles to analyze customer needs and promote the sale and use of Microsoft’s products and services. Serve as “the voice of the customer” and develop strategies that facilitate customer use and drive long-term value creation. Engineer a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes sales. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 months of software-related, centralized and coordinated program/project management and/or software development experience formulating and analyzing software requirements utilizing C, C++, C# and/or another high-level programming language.
  • Education or Experience in: Requires 6 months of experience in each of the following: Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; and Reporting; and education or experience in SDLC; Web UI; Figma; and Content Management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information

The offered base pay range for this specific position (job code: TSMAC16418a), in Redmond, WA, is $144,124 to $174,124.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
