Work Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Travel / Driver License Required: Yes, typically within 160 mile radius of office.
Position Roles and Responsibilities:
Visiting client sites to perform proactive network administration
- New client onboarding including network discovery and creating technical documentation
- Proactively assessing and benchmarking client IT against standards and best practices
- Helping clients identify technical and behavioral risks within their IT environment
- Working with all of First Call’s teams to deliver comprehensive client IT services

- Well-rounded technical background
- Strong business intuition
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work professionally at all levels: users, managers and executives
- Ability to address escalated client’s concerns professionally and with a sense of urgency
- One to three years of full-time hands-on experience managing/supporting business class network technologies.
- 1 or more technical certifications (MCP, MTA, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCA) or equivalent 2-year or 4-year college degree.
