As a Convenience Store Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional attitude and working with sincerity and enthusiasm to reflect the store’s commitment to our customers and to fulfill Iowa 80’s mission, to be A Place Where People Want to Stop.
Requirements
- This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders. This position involves standing for eight-hour shifts.
- Ability to consistently lift 20 pounds
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
- Positive telephone etiquette
- Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
- Required to work weekends and holidays
