Want to change the way people watch TV? Help create the future of digital entertainment with Amazon! Prime Video is seeking a product marketer to manage content marketing (Programming) for Prime Video Channels, the service that lets Prime members add subscriptions like Max, Paramount+, Starz, and more, all with no cable subscription necessary.
The Programming Manager will be responsible for driving key subscriber actions across our large and growing service of 150+ channels through integrated, cross-functional marketing campaigns. These campaigns will range from promoting popular titles on our channels’ services, to seasonal themes, to the Prime Video Channels service itself. The role will accomplish this through owning a content tiering and prioritization process, devising a campaign plan, kicking off work with stakeholder teams across a variety of media channels (including email, push notifications, social media, direct mail, merchandising, and display advertising), managing the campaign (including launch and ongoing performance), analyzing results, and optimizing for future improvements. As our content selection grows, this role will find ways to drive content marketing programs at scale through automated solutions.
The successful candidate is a versatile and driven marketer with broad marketing experience across numerous disciplines including strategy, media, acquisition, engagement, and project management. Candidates will have experience working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, and driving programs that reach millions of customers, as well as an aptitude for data analysis. A mind for innovation, thinking big, and learning through testing is highly valued.
Success in this role requires seeing the big picture, defining ambitious plans and goals, building programs and processes to scale, achieving efficiencies while maintaining impact, and operating daily at the highest level. This role provides an opportunity to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
