At Lucid, we set out to introduce the most captivating, luxury electric vehicles that elevate the human experience and transcend the perceived limitations of space, performance, and intelligence. Vehicles that are intuitive, liberating, and designed for the future of mobility.

We plan to lead in this new era of luxury electric by returning to the fundamentals of great design – where every decision we make is in service of the individual and environment. Because when you are no longer bound by convention, you are free to define your own experience.

Come work alongside some of the most accomplished minds in the industry. Beyond providing competitive salaries, we’re providing a community for innovators who want to make an immediate and significant impact. If you are driven to create a better, more sustainable future, then this is the right place for you.

As the Manager, Business Operation for Sales, you will work closely with the leadership team, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and acting as a key liaison between the sales team and various departments within the organization. You will play a critical role in driving organizational effectiveness, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring coordination of activities across the company.

The Role:

    • Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Sales leadership team to develop and execute the organization’s strategic initiatives. Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business issues, helping to drive decision-making processes.

    • Project Management: Lead and manage key projects and initiatives on behalf of the Marketing leadership team. Develop project plans, establish milestones, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

    • Communication and Reporting: Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including presentations, reports, and updates. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal and external stakeholders.

You Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
    • 5+ Years of related experience within a marketing team
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations on complex business issues relevant to marketing
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and implementing cross-functional initiatives.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
