Finance Operations Specialist
One (1) Full-Time/40hrs/Non-Exempt/$25.20 – $27.30 per hour (DOE)
Pay differentials offered – must qualify through testing or verification for the special competencies.
Language Translation – Bi-Cultural Spanish ($1.00)
Bimodal Bilingualism – ASL Sign Language – Interpret from American Sign Language (ASL) to English, and English to ASL. ($1.00)
The Finance Operations Specialist at RCS assists with finance activities and administrative support. The Finance Operations Specialist is responsible for daily and monthly accounting activities such as reconciliations, oversight of GL accounts, assessing performance management and identifying areas for improvement, and executing a variety of administrative tasks. If you are the right person, you are data-minded, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are big on accuracy and organization.
Qualifications:
At minimum 2 years of accounting experience. Education in financial management is a plus.
Have a comprehensive grasp of accrual basis accounting.
Have professional administrative experience.
Be very organized. You can manage deadlines, all manner of tasks, and your schedule with ease.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CA Driver’s License, Current Auto Insurance, Clean DMV Printout (no more than 3 points on your record), clear background check w/ DOJ, CACI, FBI, CPR and First Aid Certified. TB Test and Physical at the time of employment.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: This position may work within ALL other agency programs, consistent with their scope of practice, on a as needed basis. In addition, may require an occasional flexible work schedule to meet the individualized needs of each client.
