Job Duties
Develop a scalable and effective technical strategy to support the rhythm of the business and organizational goals for the company’s pro bono legal program. Create and evaluate reports, dashboards, tabular models, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Articulate project goals and scope, translate business needs into technical terms, establish key performance indicators, and manage the lifecycle of dynamic projects. Conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Requires domestic travel up to 25%. Telecommuting permitted less than 50%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.
Minimum Requirements
Primary Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Psychology, or related field. Two years experience in creating and evaluating reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Experience must include two years of experience in each of the following skills: Assisting with Pro Bono Legal Services; Volunteer Engagement, Training, and Management; Virtual and In-Person Legal Clinic Operations; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Program Management; Research and Writing Skills; Storytelling & Communications; and Project Management.
Alternative Requirements: In lieu of a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Psychology, or related field and two years experience in creating and evaluating reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions, employer will accept a Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in any field and three years experience in creating and evaluating reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to drive efficiency and business solutions. Experience must include three years of experience in each of the following skills: Assisting with Pro Bono Legal Services; Volunteer Engagement, Training, and Management; Virtual and In-Person Legal Clinic Operations; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Program Management; Research and Writing Skills; Storytelling & Communications; and Project Management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information
The offered base pay range for this specific position (M056196215a), in Washington, DC, is $129,300 to $159,300.
Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
