The Night Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for the quality control of general business operations, increasing client satisfaction, and working productively with Independent Contractors.
The Night Operations Compliance Manager must be able to work independently and with others, in any type of facility including but not limited to; industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.
The Night Operations Compliance Manager must also be able to exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seeking the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.
The Night Operations Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the contractual scope of work is being carried out by the Independent Contractors.
Essential functions
- Help manage contract compliance for designated building maintenance services, ensuring the scope of work and quality of work is meeting expectations
- Work productively with Independent Contractors to ensure client satisfaction by communicating client priorities and collaborating on solving problems.
- Work independently and with others in any type of facility – including but not limited to industrial, manufacturing, office, medical, retail, etc.
- Exercise good judgment in reporting client concerns to management and seek the involvement of others to best meet clients’ needs.
- Communicate with Facility Services Manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention, including the nightly recap via email.
- Make recommendations for IC work assignments, manage to client standards and company guidelines and discharge if not meeting service level agreement.
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention.
- Execute City Wide’s New-Start Policy, Customer Compliant Policy, Star Policy, and other operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with client policies & procedures, approved cleaning tools and equipment and their proper use.
- Other duties as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-3 years of prior experience in supervising or managing others
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Night hours availability (flexible between 5:00pm – 2:00am)
- Strong planning, organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be innovative and strive for continuous process improvement.
Preferred Experience:
- Building maintenance, facilities, janitorial, restaurant or similar industry experience a plus!

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Benefits

Compensation:
- Hourly wage of $15/hour
- Mileage reimbursement up to $600/month
- Cell phone stipend of $25/month
Schedule:
- 20-25 hours per week; may be able to turn into full-time at a later date.
- The assigned days to work are flexible; most of our Night Managers work Sunday – Thursday evenings.
- The assigned work hours are flexible, somewhere between 5:00 pm – 2:00 am. Many of our Night Managers work 8:00 pm – 1:00 am.
- Must be able to attend 2 Operations meetings a month, 4:00-5:00 Wednesdays.
