The Design Services Designer position calls for availability between 15-30 hours a week. (Hours are dependent on volume) The designer is responsible for creating photo albums for customers, using the Artifact Uprising editor, a third-party proofing system, and Adobe tools when needed. The Design Services Designer provides white-glove service to the customer, easing customer pain points and meeting customer needs throughout the album building process.
Responsibilities
- Design albums in the Artifact Uprising editor based on customer preferences
- Curate customer images
- Communicate with Account Manager and customers in a timely manner
- Communicate any bugs or improvements needed in proper internal communication channels
- Effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects at once
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, decision-making, leadership, and organizational skills
- A strong eye for composition such as framing and balancing photos
- Ability to solve complex problems
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Asana, Slack, and Adobe
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with others directly, efficiently, and empathetically both verbally and written
- Attention to detail and proven ability to do so in past work
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
$16 – $16 an hour
