Amazon Business is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our growing enterprise marketing team. As a Marketing Manager for Amazon Business, you will be involved in planning, executing and measuring the performance of engagement marketing campaigns for Amazon Business. You will develop marketing content for multiple audiences, driving product demand through multiple marketing channels including web, email, social, and multiple onsite channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Marketers, Customer Experience Designers, and Senior Business Leaders worldwide to create audience specific messaging for the Amazon Business solution portfolio.
A successful candidate will be adept at combining a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality content ideal for the Amazon Business Customers and procurement specialists in particular. This role requires excellent written and oral communication skills, data-driven analyses and insights, strong interpersonal skills, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for building excellent value propositions and communication plans.
Key job responsibilities
• Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns that inspire consumers and drive engagement.
• Seek out ways to utilize marketing automation to improve processes and productivity.
• Test and refine new marketing approaches and channels to reach and engage key audiences.
• Regularly dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to monitor campaign results and drive strategic decision making to optimize.
• Execute high-impact A/B tests to help continually improve performance.
• Manage multiple projects gracefully and balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Provide clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance of campaigns.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience with paid media and owned and operated channels (i.e. email, onsite, etc.)
– Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
– Experience managing large amounts of data, including customer segments and online campaign metrics
– 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using SQL to pull and manipulate data

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
