As a leader on the US PV Business team, you will partner across Prime Video to engage customers. We are looking for a strategic leader with super-powers in program strategy, people management, prioritization, and getting things done. This role independently owns and partners with senior leadership to drive strategic programs with marketing, operations, studios and product leaders. In particular, this team is at the forefront of creating and managing customer journeys that enhance Prime members’ relationship with Prime Video.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter that is a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of creating and implementing strategic planning, influencing cross-functionally, managing people, and leading customer journeys, all while being comfortable in a dynamic environment. You excel at solving problems, thinking a few steps ahead, developing processes and improving them across multiple stakeholder groups. You’re detail oriented, and you think outside of the box and challenge the status quo. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals in service of driving Prime Video customer engagement. Key job responsibilities
-Manage team of high performing Product Marketing Managers to drive PV engagement
-Partner closely with cross-functional teams to create and execute mechanisms and track progress against organizational priorities
-Lead and scale US Lifecycle Marketing campaigns
-Partner closely with Studios to market SVOD titles across Amazon and PV O&O
-Collaborate with WW peers to share best practices and scale global solutions
-Identify and scale metrics and optimizations to improve O&O marketing efficiency
-Comfortably transition between big picture, strategic thinking and tactical, day-to-day planning and execution
-Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and effectively influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal business partners

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience managing teams
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in inter-team working skills to develop partnership with partner, tech team and operating at leadership levels

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $149,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $278,200/year in our highest geographic market.
