Responsibilities
Serves as advisor and consultant to the Director of Manpower and Personnel
(AFOSI/DP) on all aspects of total force (civilian, officer, and enlisted)
recruiting for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSl).
Provides direction and advisory services to all Commanders, Directors, and
key stakeholders worldwide concerning significant programs and policies
pertaining to AFOSI-wide recruiting and retention of AFOSI personnel. Plans,
directs, and executes agent recruiting programs to ensure the special agent
force is sustained at a level sufficient to maintain the USAF Federal Law
Enforcement Officer operational capability.

Required Skills:
Strong inter-personal skills and an ability to interact with all levels of customer, leadership, and mission partners
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing situations
Have proficiency with computers, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office software
Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing.
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of, and skill in applying wide range of laws, Executive orders,
regulations, policies, concepts, and various HR policies, practices,
procedures, and management controls of the civilian recruitment and
placement functions.
Knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of civilian Human
Resource Management concepts, principles, and practices; local and higher
level HRM procedures; the mission, functions, and programs of assigned
organizations; and analytical and evaluative techniques.
Knowledge necessary to provide guidance to management on all civilian
recruitment and placement issues.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 – $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
