About the Team
VIZIO is searching for a Sr. Device Product Manager – Audio to join our energetic and highly skilled team of professionals. As a Senior Device Product Manager, you will work closely with the Hardware product team to establish and maintain a Roadmap for our Soundbars including AQ, Usability, Remotes etc. You will create consistent patterns, reusable components, process and guidelines to bring consistency and scalability to our Roadmaps. Located in the Irvine office, the team is looking for an experienced leader to drive innovation and deliver Great Value in our Audio product line.
What You Will Do
- Develop Vizio Roadmaps working with sr. Leadership teams and cross functional organizations
- Work closely with our manufacturing partners in product development
- Help Run Audio Tiger Teams
- Work with Customer service on Audio related Calls
- Work with Product Marketing, Sales, Program Management, Industrial Design, Legal, Software product and engineering on roadmaps and issues as they come up
- Drive execution and process optimization by partnering with engineering, QA and Program management.
- Drive clarity and timely deliverables by facilitating communication and partnering with different stakeholders
- Be a team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
About You
- You have 5+years of experience in Consumer Products in United States
- Possess a BS degree in Engineering or related technical field
- You have good Communication skills to deliver roadmap points effectively
- You have good Power Point skills
- You have excellent understanding of consumer preferences for Audio products
- You have excellent understanding of user experience for audio products.
- You are knowledgeable of the latest standards, changes, trends in Audio.
- You have are familiar with Display Technology and how Audio plays a role in making TV sound
- Self-starter who can take initiative and thrive in fast-paced collaborative environment.
- A strategic thinker who can provide sound rationale.
- High attention to details and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Best-in-class oral and written communication skills
- Experience developing, launching and scaling OTT streaming services and products

For California-based employment: The minimum salary for this position is $116,000/year. The maximum salary for this position $150,000/year. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
