Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing utility support to the F&K press crews.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
- Set up, run and maintain the Plate washer and file plates in proper storage area after cleaning
- Set up, run and maintain the Anilox cleaners and properly store aniloxes after cleaning
- Maintain and store print cylinders and print sleeves
- Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment
- Complete required quality inspections and paperwork
- Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
- Stage and clear F&K carts
- Assist press crews during changeover
- Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned area
- Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
- Actively participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Mechanical assist or team lift, as appropriate, should be used for any weight in excess of 50lbs
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per day, six days per week
- Ability to see and distinguish colors
