Job Description: As a “OFSAA Senior Analyst”, you will be a part of a team responsible for the client’s Peoplesoft FSCM 24/7 environment. While each team member has a primary skill set, they are also expected to learn and contribute to areas outside of their primary skill set. The team is highly collaborative and values continuous improvement and open communication. You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills, as well as proven track record of application development with skills in Java, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In return you will have opportunity to gain exposure to designing, developing, and deploying applications to the internal/external cloud.
Responsibilities:
- Provide application support/day-to-day operational support for the applications in scope in a 24*7 work environment
- Incident Monitoring, Acknowledgement and resolution as per defined SLA’s
- Responsible for monitoring the services as per the defined SLAs
- Work on enabling proactive alerts and defining proactive health check procedures
- Create knowledge documents, SOP’s and update run-books
- Interact with the client Technical/Business Team on day to day basis for productions issues, user issues and bugs
- Communicate issues, risks, and concerns to project leadership and IT Service Manager of the client
- Weekly and monthly status reporting, provide updates about Cognizant deliverables to stakeholders
- Work with 3rd party vendors / customer for integration issues, incidents involving dependency on other teams, service requests, problems and changes through resolution to closure
- Create problem records for critical and repetitive incidents
- Provide preliminary analysis and coordinate with development team for permanent code fixes and bug fixes
- Coordinate / collaborate with offshore team to hand-over/take-over of incidents/work requests during night time
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong English proficiency
- Experience in production support environment for OFSAA platform (OFSAAI) with one or more of following OFSAA modules:
- OFSAA Financial Solution Data Foundation – (Preferred)
- Any OFSA EPM/ERM solutions – (Optional)
- Good understanding of OFSAA architecture and metadata layout
- Experience with agile project methodology
- Knowledge of Data Modeling using Erwin tool, Data Migration Activities and Slowly Changing Dimension (SCD) Component
- Experience in Business rules configurations in OFSAA framework and expertise in building T2T (Table to Table) & Data transformations in OFSAA etc.
- OFSAA metadata management framework (Hierarchies, datasets)
- Good in SQL and PL/SQL
- Strong in Data Warehouse Principles, ETL/Data Flow tools
- Should have excellent Analytical and Communication skills
- At least one End to end project execution experience in OFSAA solution is a plus
- Should have appropriate analytical skills and capabilities to conduct fit gap assessment from OFSAA solution/ FSDF perspective
- Understanding of OFSAA Reporting framework

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 95,000 /Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
