Position Responsibilities:
• Should be well versed with SP Online, SPFx, Teams, Yammer, Stream and OneDrive
• Assist the Architect while designing system architecture, any proof of concepts (PoC) and other research
• Participates in design reviews with team & code reviews
• Documents requirement traceability during all phases
• Define and implement technical related standards
• Review of high level / detailed design to create pseudo code and implementation
• Mentor team members in troubleshooting tools, technical issues
• Communicate issues or clarifications and status update to the project manager
• Has a skillset to ably drive things at onsite, which means understanding and having thought leadership to drive customers and their needs
• Ability to contribute to multiple areas within collab tools, with a broader eye on End user experience and able to drive efficiencies from offshore team

Position Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Office 365, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
• Adhere to and help construct technical standards, security, and IT best practices.
• Must possess strong communications skills both verbal and written
• Develop a training and knowledge transfer plan to IT staff
• Develop and maintain a product backlog and features list
• Experience using any agile tool for scrum/sprints
• Utilize problem solving skills to understand client pain points and troubleshoot as challenges arise
• Work with business and IT Teams to design end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, and knowledge sharing
• Interface with business users in a professional manner to understand their requirements and analyze requirements to plan and develop solutions

The annual salary for this position is between $ 86,290- 115,050 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
