Job Title: IICS Administrator (Remote)
Role/Responsibilities:
§ Identify process improvements that will stabilize both online and batch processes in applications.
§ Provide daily status updates on tasks to key stakeholders.
§ Ensure incidents, Service requests, Operational change requests and enhancements are handled within the agreed targets.
§ Responsible for coordination with other support groups (such as infrastructure, product. vendor etc.) Comply with defined process during task execution (including problem management, KEDB management etc.).
§ Flexible to provide coverage on weekends and non-business hours in case of any issues.
§ Participate actively during Knowledge transition (KT sessions)
§ Complete mandatory training for self as identified in the training plan for the project.
§ Participate in identifying problems, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge base.
§ Ensure the availability of the applications and notify support team in case of exceptions and provide update to applications owners and business stakeholder on the status and the potential impact.
§ Take ownership of tickets including any customer communication and handle queries / clarifications from the customer.
Required Qualifications:
§ 7 to 10 years of experience.
§ Strong knowledge in IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud) with additional knowledge in AWS Services.
§ Strongly possess Insurance domain knowledge.
§ Knowledge on Agile methodology, Incident management, Service request management process.
Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $95,000.00 – $115,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
