Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled SQL and Node.js Developer with expertise in logistics/warehouses operations. This role requires proficiency in translating stored procedures from SQL to Node.js along with a strong understanding of SQL Server database management. Additionally knowledge of API design and development is desired. As a SQL and Node.js Developer you will be responsible for reverse engineering optimizing and translating a number of stored procedures and tables within our SQL Server database for integration with Node.js applications and API development.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant IT experience
- Extensive experience in reverse engineering and understanding complex stored procedures and tables in a SQL Server database.
- Strong proficiency in SQL programming including query optimization and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of SQL Server features tools and best practices.
- Experience in translating SQL stored procedures to Node.js code
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $118,000- $137,000 USD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
