We are seeking an AI Researcher to join our team and contribute to the advancement of Large Language Models (LLMs) technology. As an AI Researcher, you will play a crucial role in developing, improving, and exploring the capabilities of LLMs to solve complex problems across various domains. Your work will have a significant impact on the development of cutting-edge technologies, advancing the state-of-the-art in artificial intelligence andproviding practical solutions to real-world problems.
Our ongoing research areas encompass but are not limited to:
- Alignment and Post-training: Instruction tuning and reinforcement learning from feedback
- Continual Learning: Enabling LLMs to evolve and adapt over time and learn from previous experiences human interactions
- Specialization: Tailoring LLMs to meet application-specific requirements
- Efficiency: Optimizing the computational efficiency and cost-effectiveness of LLM deployments

Qualifications:
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in relevant field AND 1+ year(s) related research experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in relevant field
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience publishing academic papers as a lead author or essential contributor.
- Experience participating in a top conference in relevant research domain.
Research Sciences IC3 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 – $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 – $198,600 per year.
