In our pursuit of building the most enjoyable sportsbook in North America, we’re looking for a data-driven Senior Product Analyst who is eager to make an impact on our digital product right away. Each day, you will work with a variety of cross-functional partners to identify new feature opportunities, monitor & measure the impact of new releases, and generate insights to influence future iterations of the current experience – always leveraging data to maximize both customer satisfaction and business performance. What You’ll Do as a Senior Sportsbook Analyst:
- Plan and execute A/B tests using proprietary testing tools. Analyze results to provide impactful recommendations that lead to iterative product improvements
- Provide business cases & strategic insights to Product & Ops partners in order to drive their roadmaps forward
- Conduct analyst-driven “deep dives” that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers and product
- Work with engineering to generate new data points and help data partners set up models to enable high-quality, scalable analyses
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant, quantitatively oriented field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or similar)
- At least 2 years of experience with analytics or data science in a professional setting
- Advanced proficiency in SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python and/or R experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of statistics & hypothesis testing, particularly as it relates to A/B testing
- Familiarity with custom tagging/event stream processes & management
- Strong ability to impactfully engage with senior cross-functional partners; polished presentation skills that drive these partners to action
- Eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment
- Excitement to become a subject matter expert in the digital sportsbook space

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $89,600.00 – $134,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
