- Hourly pay: $80/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Santa Clara, CA 95054 – Onsite, Open to remote candidates in the United States, Must work Pacific Time office hours, Candidates in the California Bay area are preferred as the assignment may require attending the event in San Francisco)

B2B HR Project Manager – Content for Conference PresentationsResponsibilities:
- Ensure the delivery of impactful and engaging presentations that resonate with target audiences.
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Collaborate with core team to understand their presentation needs, goals, and target audience.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for each conference presentation project.
- Coordinate, track deliverables and align cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, subject matter experts, and technical staff, to ensure a cohesive presentation strategy.
- Content Oversight and Quality Assurance:
- Review presentation content for relevance, clarity, and alignment.
- Provide guidance and feedback to content creators, ensuring that messaging is consistent, engaging, and tailored to the intended audience.
- Conduct content reviews to ensure adherence to branding guidelines, compliance standards, and best practices for effective communication.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the primary point for conference presentations; managing expectations, addressing concerns, and providing regular project updates.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure everyone is aligned on project progress and requirements.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure timely production of visuals and content.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting; Risk Management:
- Monitor project performance against established metrics, objectives, and KPIs.
- Generate regular status reports and performance summaries for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Anticipate and address any roadblocks that could impact the quality or timely delivery of presentations.

- 7+ years of experience in B2B project management, preferably with a focus on conference presentations or content management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
- Experience with Digital Transformation in the industry (energy, transportation, healthcare etc.) is preferred.
- Strong background in content oversight and executive narrative creation for conference presentations.
- Strong understanding of content creation, storytelling, and messaging strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (at minimum spreadsheets).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
