Monetization Operations Analyst – Pricing StrategyPay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40-$50/hr
- Worksite: Leading professional development and networking (San Francisco, CA 94105, Sunnyvale, CA 94085 or New York City, NY 10118 – Remote or Hybrid)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment
Monetization Operations Analyst – Pricing StrategyResponsibilities:
- Help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our Talent Solutions business through collaboration with pricing, sales, data science, operations, and systems
- Partner closely with key cross-functional partners and build productive relationships within Pricing, Sales, Operations, Systems, HR & Finance teams
- Ensure that team reporting is accurate and help scale our reporting processes to provide global insights
- Guarantee that key strategic projects are on track and provide visibility for senior leaders
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Pricing team on our reconciliation processes, and reporting and ensure trust in our data and insights.
- Drive accountability and impact with strategic partners on hiring and onboarding processes, responsible for liaising with HR and all cross-functional partners involved in growth initiatives to ensure all teams are meeting targets and any blockers are surfaced.
- Manage performance dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers.
Monetization Operations Analyst – Pricing StrategyQualifications:
- 1+ years in program management, finance, project management, deal desk, pricing, or other operations roles.
- 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- BA/BS degree.
- Self-starter who has experience working in highly cross-functional teams is preferred.
- Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments is preferred.
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management are preferred.
- Project tracking experience is preferred.
- Leadership skills. The ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners and drive decision making among senior executives is preferred.
- Commitment- The ability to drive key initiatives to successful outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, like to work in a fast-paced environment, and excited by driving growth through global, cross-functional initiatives.
- Data Analysis & Reporting skills.
- Able to transition excel files to a new data set.
- VLOOKUP/pivot table knowledge.
