Full -Time – $15.00/hr
Rustic Restorations Retail Manager position available for quality resale store located in Charlotte Hall.
Applicant must have strong creative skills including furniture repurposing, painting and DIY projects. Familiarity with Pinterest-inspired projects and portfolio of completed projects a plus.
Applicant must have a minimum of 2 years management experience including: employee supervision, operational budgets, sales quotas, scheduling and advertising…. social media knowledge a plus!
Position hours vary but applicant must be flexible to include some evenings until 6:30 pm and two Saturdays a month. Applicant must be able to drive to work independently, express constant creativity and commitment to the business and the agency. Applicant must be able to lift 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time.

Duties:
-Manage Rustic Restorations areas overseeing daily operations
-Develop, implement and track restoration projects ensuring time and supplies are covered in project completion and sale
-Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals through budgeting and implementing a creative strategic marketing plan meeting customer demand
-Working with store Manager to supervise employees and scheduling ensuring the store is fully staffed at all times
-Assist in hiring, evaluating and training of all staff and volunteers ensuring they are knowledgeable in Rustic Restorations
-Responsible for the area cleanliness and coordinating maintenance as needed
-Assist in building staff morale, commitment and ongoing positive teamwork
-Make sound and timely decisions working closely with the store Manager and Area Retail Manager
-Creativity and the ability to work independently a must
-As needed, work with store Managers to provide adequate coverage, hosting multi-store events or sales and creative marketing ideas for Rustic Restorations and Hooks & Hangers
-Work closely with the Area Retail Manager for creative strategies for sustaining Fusion Paint line and Rustic Restorations brand. This includes exploring and implementing DIY projects to employees and customers through development of a creative marketing plan and adequate staff & volunteer training
