Arcadis is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Program Manager to lead the organizational change and continuous improvement of planning and scheduling best practices for a large-scale data center client.

Role description:
In this role, you will liaise with senior internal/external stakeholders to ensure needs are understood and met. You will provide strong leadership, scheduling technical expertise and influence to our delivery teams. You will be responsible for defining and ensuring all work and outputs are executed in line with business requirements.
Role accountabilities:
- Ensure the integration of all functions of planning, scheduling, and program management, both internally and externally.
- Provide quality assurance for all program and site schedulers.
- Provide training and onboarding for site schedulers.
- Provide Program Scheduling support.
- Analysis of portfolio of projects, liaise with site schedulers from throughout the region.
- Portfolio schedule review and reporting, training and other schedule management activities
- Define and ensure quality requirements for planning and scheduling practices.
- Direct, define and lead the development and continuous improvement of program-wide processes, systems, and policies, and contribute to wider organizational initiatives to improve performance.
- Schedule quality and tools alignment
- Supply scenario analysis and various development scenario modeling to support funding and delivery of the project.
- Support change and new implementation initiatives.
- Drive consistency in reporting, analysis, tracking of timelines across the region/s.
- Support of policy documents, conceptual site planning, pilot projects.
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse program team of junior and senior planners/schedulers by recruiting, setting objectives and reviewing performance to ensure staff are driven and have the necessary skills to deliver the program objectives.
- Ensure performance by leading the definition and implementation of complex programs of work, managing multidisciplinary teams and working to program timescales of more than 1 year to ensure delivery standards meet client expectations.
- Development and refinement of scheduling tools that improve accuracy, quality, and availability of data supporting both planned and on-demand requests.
- Implement and maintain an effective formal communications strategy with the program team, clients, senior management, and stakeholders to promote engagement and support around the program and its strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 8 or more years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years’ as a lead or expert in planning, project control, scheduling or program management
- Strong software skills with deep experience using Primavera 6 (P6)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive P6 experience on highly complex projects, data center construction experience highly desired.
- Technical training experience in project controls and scheduling discipline.

We offer seven paid holidays and potentially up to two floating holidays per calendar year depending on start date, and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $97,600 – $146,400.
