Under the general supervision of the Supervisory Operations Field Support Liaison (SOFSL) of the Work Order Reform Unit, the selected candidate will have responsibility, with limited latitude for independent judgement and decision making. The Operation Field Support Liaison (OFSL) will assist with the training and provide support during the execution of Maintenance and Skilled Trades reforms to their assigned areas by optimizing the use of technology products and troubleshooting performance gaps.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Provide feedback on the degree of compliance towards new management systems and method changes installed throughout the organization.
• Solicit feedback from the leadership team to identify gaps and propose corrective action plans, including mechanisms to evaluate progress.
• Identify trends and isolate outliers that should be addressed with targeted strategies.
• Assist the SOFSL in the development of action plans and project plans.
• Conduct regular system and method change audits at developments.
• Ensure productivity reports are maintained and accurate.

Minimum Qual Requirements
1. One year of permanent service in the title of Supervisor of Housing Caretakers, Heating Plant Technician (Housing Authority), Maintenance Worker or Supervising Housing Groundskeeper; or
2. A four year high school diploma or its educational equivalent, plus four years of experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of large tenanted buildings, two years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity over at least two employees. Higher education may be substituted for up to two years of this experience on the basis of 30 semester credits from an accredited college for each year of experience. However, all candidates must have at least two years of experience supervising at least two maintenance employees.
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of IWM using a handheld device.
2. Experience in maintenance and skilled trade operations.
3. Knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft Office software.
