The Role
Do you have a passion for engaging leaders and associates? As the Senior Manager of Business Engagement in Fund and Brokerage Operations & Technology (FBOT), you partner closely with the team leader to execute on the overall engagement strategy while ensuring alignment to key messaging with a focus on quality and pace. A fundamental component of the role is to ensure that the process to cascade content is efficient across FBOT and our functions. In this role, you will drive digital engagement through creative and multifaceted content for a diverse group of viewers. This role collaborates across many groups including Communications, Human Resources and Meetings & Events.
The Expertise You Have
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in communications, strategy, or a related function
- Financial Services experience preferred
- You are forward-thinking with a strong digital tool skill set and can bring passion and creativity to digital workplace platforms like SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, etc.
- You have outstanding attention to detail and can balance several projects simultaneously
- Solid intuition for business and the ability to understand the needs of multiple business partners
- Proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data
- You model behaviors that support Fidelity’s digital transformation for better ways of working

The Team
Our team is the glue that keeps FBOT aligned and informed. As the business engagement team, it is our job to support the head of FBOT and the Senior Leadership team and to ensure leaders and associates are informed and engaged on key initiatives and programs across the organization so they can do their jobs more effectively. We are creative, digitally savvy and have impeccable attention to detail. We are change oriented and curious with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
The base salary range for this position is $81,000-$137,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
